Hi! My name is Grace Pompei Albano and I am a bicoastal performing artist born and raised in Midtown Manhattan. I recently graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts in Theater, and I am now living in Los Angeles (but rest assured I will always be a New Yorker).
As far back as I can remember, the arts have been at the center of my life. I started playing classical piano at age seven (which I have thankfully gotten much better at since then), and began performing in musicals in middle school. I fell in love with acting in high school, so much so that I decided to study it in college.
My acting education has taken me on adventures around the world, from studying Shakespeare at the British American Drama Academy to honing my film acting skills at the University of Southern California. Since graduating, I started playing shows around New York and LA, singing and accompanying myself with a band. I sing all styles of music, though I specialize in jazz, pop, and musical theater. As both an actor and musician, I am most excited about creative projects that bridge the gap between performance mediums.
In my free time, you can find me learning the guitar, taking driving lessons (like a true New Yorker), cooking penne alla vodka, or rewatching Breaking Bad. I am also an avid thrifter and collector of all things vintage!
